Fast-forward 70 years, with a new and improved distribution centre based in Embleton, Cockermouth, high-tech refrigerated delivery vehicles and over 100 local employees, Caterite has been successfully providing hotels, restaurants, bars, pubs, guest houses and other catering establishments across Cumbria with the very best produce from our home county.
The LDHA would like to thank Catertite for hosting our last members meeting, providing us with a tour and a delicious breakfast and lunch. The selection of salads were particularly good, you could really taste that the fruit and veg was fresh and high quality, exactly what we like to serve our customers.
